Bristol, Tenn.- King University continues to shine on the national stage as five Tornado tennis student-athletes have been named to the 2025–26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC). The honor recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for excellence both on the court and in the classroom—an achievement that reflects King's commitment to academic rigor and athletic distinction.

The CSC Academic All-District® program highlights standout performers across four divisions: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and the NAIA. Honorees are chosen for their combined athletic success and academic achievement, with Academic All-District® selections advancing to consideration for CSC Academic All-America® honors. Finalists, denoted with an asterisk on the official lists, will move forward to the national ballot, with Academic All-America® teams announced June 2 (women) and June 3 (men).

This year, five King tennis players earned their place among the nation's elite:

Men's Academic All-District® Honorees

Women's Academic All-District® Honoree

These student-athletes represent the best of King University—balancing demanding academic schedules with the intensity of collegiate tennis competition. Their recognition places them among the top performers in the country and underscores the strength of King's tennis programs.

The CSC Academic All-America® initiative receives partial financial support from the NCAA Division II and III governance structures for awards fulfillment, while the NAIA governance structure supports the NAIA program. This collaboration ensures that student-athletes across divisions are honored for their dedication and achievements.

As the national Academic All-America® selections approach, King University celebrates these five honorees for their outstanding accomplishments and the example they set for future Tornado athletes.
