Tigerville, S.C.- The King University Men's Soccer team notched their first win of the season in impressive fashion, defeating North Greenville University 2-0 on the road at Pepsi Stadium in Tigerville, S.C. The Conference Carolinas clash, played in front of 50 spectators, saw the Tornado strike twice in the first half and deliver a determined defensive effort to secure the clean sheet.

King wasted no time setting the tone, opening the scoring in the 20th minute.
Simeon Adair found the back of the net after a well-placed assist from
Jacob Pope, giving the Tornado an early 1-0 lead. The advantage doubled late in the first half, as
Cian McGoey converted a chance set up by
Harrison Reynolds in the 38th minute. King took a 2-0 lead into halftime and never looked back.
The Tornado defense stood tall in the second half, limiting North Greenville's looks on goal and maintaining their composure through a physical contest that featured seven yellow cards between the teams. Goalkeeper
