Conference Carolinas Release
BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University women's tennis season was cut short due to the national pandemic of COVID-19. Conference Carolinas announced their all-conference team, comprised of seniors from each member school as Tornado senior Isla Bell was named to the team.
Bell came to campus from Fenton, Brampton, England and has played primarily at No. 2 singles this season and singles flights three, four and, five. Her singles win this season came at the second flight, defeating Hannah Thacker of Bluefield College 7-5, 6-2. Along with partner Murphy Harr, Bell posted a pair doubles wins this year, defeating a Montreat College tandem 6-2 in the fall and a Bluefield duo 6-1 this spring. In her career, Bell owns seven doubles wins and four singles wins.
