EMORY, Va. – Playing their second match in as many days, the King University women's tennis team fell at Emory & Henry College on Monday evening. The Tornado won three singles matches, but the Wasps took the doubles point and won the final three singles matches to take the dual 4-3.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Emory & Henry won all three flights of doubles, taking the third flight by default.
- Deniz Aytun started singles play with a 6-4, 6-2 win over Sabina Chernega at the top flight.
- Mishka Koricinova followed with a come-from-behind win. After dropping the first set to Emma Charlton 6-4, Koricinova won the next two sets 6-4 and 7-5 to win the No. 2 singles match.
- Neem Shamsuddin earned a 6-2, 6-2 win over Katie Bradley at No. 3 singles.
- However, the Wasps took the final three single matches the last two by default to win the dual 4-3.
