HOW IT HAPPENED
- Converse won all three doubles matches to take the point.
- After winning three singles matches via default, Converse also won 6-4, 6-1 at no. 1 singles before a 6-0, 6-0 win at no. 4 singles.
- Mireia Mas Ortega battled at the no. 3 singles match, ultimately falling 6-2, 6-4.
