BRISTOL, Tenn. – King University's cycling team is set to launch into the 2026 season with a challenging series of competitions, including regional showdowns and a bid for national honors. The Tornado will ride against some of the strongest collegiate programs in the Southeast as they push for podium finishes and growth throughout the fall.
The campaign begins August 29 at Truett McConnell University, marking the first of several away meets. King continues the schedule at Lindsey Wilson College (Ky.) on September 5, followed by a visit to Lees-McRae College on September 19. The team then heads to Warren Wilson on September 26, building momentum for the championship phase.
The season culminates October 8 with the Collegiate MTB Nationals, where the Tornado will compete against the nation's best in pursuit of national recognition.
With a calendar packed with top-level competition, King University cycling is primed for an exciting and ambitious 2026 season.
