Tornado set a new school record on first day of Conference Championships

CARY, N.C. - The King University men's swim team opened Conference Championships on Wednesday with three events, including setting a new school record in the 200 medley relay.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The 200-yard Medley Relay team of Edu Elizaran Galan, Patricio Perezpuebla Quijano, Oscar Kroos, and Vlad Fedoseev set a new school record with their time of 1:33.12, finishing in 12th place.
• Elizaran Galan, Fedoseev, Kroos, and Sam Osowiecki took bronze in the 800-yard Freestyle Relay with their time of 6:50.58.
• Individually, Evan Hayes took 7th place in the 1000-yard freestyle with his time of 10:04.48.
